During this weekend, you will immerse yourself in the greenery of the forest,
rebalance your autonomic nervous system, and find relief from stress.
“FOREST DETOX” EXPERIENCE
The “Forest Detox” program offers a rejuvenating weekend immersed in the untouched nature of Tenuta San Lodovico, located in a protected area of the Tuscan Maremma.
You will be guided by experts in the field, including trainers and therapists specialized in psychophysical rebalancing and anti-stress techniques, who will provide you with training sessions, workshops, and practical activities.
The program includes a mix of outdoor activities, such as meditative walks in the forest, breathing techniques, grounding, wildlife observation, and moments for relaxation and sharing.
All meals will be based on local and organic products, chosen for their antioxidant and detoxifying properties.
