The menu is constantly changing, but one thing always remains the same: the authenticity of Maremma flavors. Tortelli, acqua cotta, fettuccine with wild boar sauce… every day here the menu is a surprise prepared by the hands of our cook. Certainly, there will be a good glass of Morellino di Scansano and vegetables grown in our garden.
