Wood-and-canvas tents spread across the whole estate, each set apart from the others, so you can be immersed in nature without disturbing its balance. Simplicity and comfort live side by side. We are open all year, and breakfast for two is always included.

A place like this needs time
We recommend staying at least two nights: on the first evening you arrive, on the next day you start to see. That is why two-night rates are better value.

Total amounts per lodge and per stay. Premium dates take precedence over the season. The restaurant is booked separately; experiences are arranged when you book. For 2026 dates and current offers, the booking system is the reference.
Before you travel
How do I get there?
The estate is in Località San Lodovico, in the municipality of Scansano (GR). The last 5 km or so are on a gravel road, which is part of the character of the place. We send detailed directions after booking.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, always, for two guests. Lunch and dinner can be booked at the estate restaurant, open all year.
What are the Weekend Experiences?
Once or twice a month we host themed, all-inclusive weekends with their own programme and price. On those weekends availability for ordinary stays may be limited.

Will I see wildlife?
The animals are free and sightings are never guaranteed. Roe deer and other animals often visit the clearings near the lodges, especially at dawn and dusk.
