The olive grove
Frantoiano, Leccino, Moraiolo
The olive harvest is the heart of the farm. The estate’s organically farmed grove reaches autumn with analyses that place its polyphenol content at particularly high levels: a matter of composition before it is a matter of taste.
Olives are picked by hand, with nets spread under the trees, as they always have been on the hills of Scansano. Then the new oil comes to the table, in the Chef’s kitchen.

Three days at the pace of the grove
Indicative programme: times and activities adapt to the weather and the progress of the harvest.
Friday
Arrive in the afternoon and settle into your lodge. Welcome cocktail and first dinner from the Chef’s kitchen.
Saturday
Morning among the olive trees picking by hand, lunch at the estate. In the evening, pressing at the olive mill, then dinner with the new oil.
Sunday
More picking, or an outing into nature. Lunch and departure.
Across the two days, natural tracking and a 4x4 tour of the estate in the Wilderness Area (Full Experience).
